- I am getting very mixed signals on Paramount as I note:
- Subscriber growth in Paramount+ and Showtime OTT is strong.
- There is all round weakness in TV Media execution amid structural headwinds in linear TV ad spends.
- Positive surprises and incremental cost levers from subscription bundling may spell a better margin outlook.
- Valuation multiples suggest potential overvaluation, but technical analysis signals point bullish. I think I'll wait for more clear signs of advertising rebound or margin improvement before considering a buy.
